  • What is the refund policy?

  • What are the shipping options?

Shipping options will display at checkout based on where you are ordering from. 

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Taxes will be applied at Checkout. There may be international custom fee's that you are responsible for, that may associated with your order if you live outside of the U.S. This is dependent on the weight and size of the order and your individual Country's customs duties. 

  • When will I receive my order?

All our items our custom printed when you order. Orders take between Most of our products are printed in 3 business days. Then you have to calculate shipping speed on top of that. International orders have further to travel.

Shipping Times:

United States 3 - 4 Days

Canada 6 -10 Days

Mexico, Central America, South America 8 – 14 Days

United Kingdom 2-7 Days

All watches will arrive in 2-4 weeks from the date of the order. 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us via email at HERE if you do not receive your order within the specified shipping times and we will be happy to help. 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

Well first of all, that just won't do. Shoot us an email HERE and we will make it right, ASAP!

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you’ve accidentally added the wrong item or forgot something contact us right away. If you’re order is still pending fulfillment we may be able to make changes to your order. This is entirely dependent on which items you’ve order and when we receive your message.

  • Where are you located?

We are located in Bayville, New Jersey, USA. We have distribution centers throughout the world depending on where you are ordering from to ensure the fastest shipping times. 

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

There is a sizing chart in the description page for each item. Please read through that to ensure you are measuring and ordering the right size for you!
